Hi, I'm Dawn Marie.
I started running workshops in 2016 with vinyl stencils, a planked sign, and zero clue what I was doing. Over the next ten years I ran over 600 parties, built a team of eight, grew a membership to thousands of makers, and figured out what actually works โ and what's just wasted time.
I built The Collective because I wished it existed when I started. I'm not here to hand you a course and disappear. I show up, I teach, I answer your questions, and I cheer you on when you book your first workshop.

Do I need a laser cutter to join?
Nope. The workshop model works with Cricut, vinyl, painting, wood burning โ really any craft you can teach. The laser files are a bonus, not a requirement. The business education applies to any hands-on workshop experience.
What if I've never run a workshop before?
That's exactly who this is for. You don't need experience โ you need a starting point. The Collective gives you the theme, the files, the pricing guidance, and the community so you're not figuring it out alone.
What if I can't make the lives?
All replays are saved inside Kajabi so you can watch whenever it works for you. But we do have two live times now โ 3pm MT and 7pm MT โ so there's a better chance one of them fits your schedule.
